01. be kind to yourself
02. we have all had nights when it was hard to breathe
03. slow progress is still progress

05. be thankful 
06. healing takes time
07. have hope
08. it’s okay to not be okay- okay.
09. give yourself time to grow and you are enough.
i am not sure who needs to hear these today
