monday we celebrated mr. monaco's birthday- yay!!
i woke up early and surprised him with hot cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and fruit
later that day we went to whiskey and fork in south park {where they serve whiskey on tap- you can see it in the photo below} and offer lots of yummy food!

i go back to the doctor on august 20 but what have you been told? is it safe?
also, i adore our restored wood shelf in our tub- i bought it on etsy and use it all the time!
over three years later and i still fall in love every.single.time i look at my engagement ring

thank you! the cinnamon rolls are from trader joe's/i baked them and yes, love my ring!! the painting of the cat is a watercolor that my cousin, kelly, painted for us last christmas - sadly, we lost our beloved cat, pierre, on oct 5 last year when we discovered him on the train track in front of our house... it was devastating. he was nine/an indoor cat and we loved him so much. we have no idea how he got out and are still heartbroken. so she surprised us with this beautiful panting- it's so special to us. xo
