this week's workout plan

daily plan: 1. split between 6 am/evening power vinyasa hot yoga classes 2. a 10 minute arm workout with weights (twice a day) - video is available below- 3. a walk/jog each evening- it's so beautiful in north carolina right now!! 

tomorrow is one word wednesday... look for yellow inspirations today...
