early saturday morning, my parents were leaving to fly to california and oregon for 8 days... before leaving, my mom woke me up to say goodbye - it was around 3am and i was half asleep; however, one thing was so clear- it was so tender- so loving- and brought back years of memories. in that moment, i was a child again. her way with each one of us is so gentle and so sincere---i felt
her love deep in my bones and although it seemed so simple- i don't think i will ever forget that moment.
---where as a grown adult---
years of childhood love & care came rushing back.
thank you mom for your indescribable love-
for your one of a kind, mother's love:
"my mother's love for me was so great I have worked hard to justify it."

...for always showing others how much they mean to you...
i can feel it in your voice, i can feel it in a simple text,
i can feel it constantly through your words...
she's got eyes of pure love.
"God sees us through our Mothers' eyes and rewards us for our virtues."
- ganeshan venkatarman,
my one hope in life is that someday i will be half as loving to my children
as she has always been to me...
as she has always been to me...
